Introducing, a 40′ catamaran boasting a beam of 21′. This yacht features 3 staterooms, including an entire side as a master suite. Able to sleep up to 8 adults in four beds for an overnight charter and carry as many 12 people on a day charter. This one of a kind yacht located at the Perry Hotel and Marina in Key West. Her galley has windows that surround it 360 degrees enabling viewing and optimal sunlight. Its large sliding glass door opens the galley to a large and spacious cockpit where you will find seating to over twelve people. The cockpit is equipped with a BBQ grill and large outdoor lounging bed that covers its dinghy. This yacht offers ample deck space as well as a large trampoline for lounging or playing. Fully furnished she can host an amazing charter experience! This yacht offers 2 hour sunset, 4 hour, 6 hour, 8 hour, 10 hour, and overnight charters. On a charter, you may learn to drive the yacht, snorkel the coral reef, fish from this boat, take in dolphin & sea turtle sightings, and more. A 24 hour charter is our most popular charter taking in all the activities of a day excursion and then spending a night anchored on the ocean.
The weather is great any time of year for activities like snorkeling, fishing, catching lobster (seasonal), kayaking, paddle boarding, learning how to sail, scuba diving, and pure relaxation under a sunset cruise. You can cook yourselves in a fully furnished kitchen, have food catered, or hire a professional chef for an additional cost. Provisioning service is also available on request for an additional cost. A bareboat charter to the Dry Tortugas would require a minimum of five nights. You would stay at the Marquesas islands halfway on your way there and on your way back. This is truly a bucket list charter that will provide memories that will last a lifetime. The Dry Tortugas is too far to go and come back in one day. If you want to operate the boat or tender yourself you must book directly with our company to go through an approval process. Taking the vessel yourself (and not hiring a captain) is subject to prior experience on similar vessels. We do not provide snorkel gear, & it is recommended you rent a full set for $15/day at a nearby dive shop to assure your gear will fit you properly. You can rent fishing gear here as well as this is not provided. Paddleboard and kayak rentals are also available nearby and some companies will even deliver them to the marina.
The advertised price on this listing covers the cost of insurance that covers you and the crew during your reservation period as well as the cost to survey the boat after you leave. You will be required to undergo a bareboat contract and will take full responsibility of the operation and safety of the yacht, crew, and all passengers. For each pet you bring with you, there is a one time $175 Pet Fee plus tax and a $500 refundable pet damage deposit due to our company at the time of booking.

- - Paperwork that is sent out by our company must be signed prior to check-in
- - Captain's fee, gratuity, and fuel will be due to the captain at the time of the charter in cash or by electronic transfer.
- - After the paperwork is sent out, there is a $150 fee for changes that may need to be made for changes in guests or length/date of charter.
- There is no extra guest fee refund for any reason if you or any of your guests cancels at anytime. There is a $100 cost per night or per day charter to add additional guests after your paperwork has been drafted and emailed to you up to 3 days prior to check in. There is a $100 extra guest fee per person that is joining you on a day charter that is not staying overnight with you. $150 to add additional guests up to 3 days prior to check in and $200 per guest 3 days or less prior to check in. Change in charter length: There is a $150 fee to change the length of your charter after your paperwork has been drafted and emailed to you up to 3 days prior to check in. There is a 30% surcharge due to our company at the time of booking when the boat is used for promotional or commercial activities such as, but not limited to, photography/videography, sales/marketing, or any other use where income will be generated from the boat's use directly or indirectly. All guests must be able to make a larger than normal step onto the boat as well as be able to walk up and down a few stairs.
