Unlike many operators, we hold Commercial Use Authorizations to operate inside Biscayne National Park, allowing us to take you to destinations that many charter boats cannot legally access.

Boat rules
- Your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. Please review the following policies before booking:
- **Weather Policy:** If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by the captain (strong winds, thunderstorms, or other hazardous conditions), your trip will be rescheduled at no additional cost. We always strive to find the next available date that works for you.
- **Cancellation Policy:** Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure, late arrivals, or no-shows are non-refundable.
- **Arrival Time:** Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. Late arrivals may reduce your time on the water, as we must respect other scheduled bookings.
- **Safety First:** The captain has the final decision regarding weather conditions, route changes, and any safety-related matters during the trip. This ensures the safety and comfort of everyone on board.
