- Maximum number of guests is strictly enforced according to Coast Guard and insurance regulations. No exceptions.
- Alcohol & Substances
- Alcohol is permitted for guests only. No illegal drugs are allowed onboard at any time. Intoxicated or unsafe behavior will result in early termination of the charter without refund.

- No shoes on deck or inside the yacht. Soft-sole deck shoes may be allowed at the captain’s discretion.
