SAILBOAT OVERVIEW
Elan Impression 514 is a fast-cruising yacht in a league of her own. She is designed by the distinguished Rob Humphreys, and is provided with the German Lloyd GL Plus Certification.
The lines of the Elan Impression 514 are streamlined and elegant with luxurious touches throughout. The semi deck saloon opens into a magnificent space with overhead and side panoramic windows welcoming in plenty of natural light and excellent views.
The yacht has a keel-stepped mast and a powerful hull infused with the latest 3-D technology, with an isophthalic gelcoat finish. The hull is moulded in a one step process with Elan’s highly advanced technology based on vacuum - assisted lamination, which improves the mechanical properties of the hull up to 50%. The injection - moulded deck is cored with discontinuous balsa panels. The ballast keel is cast iron encapsulated in epoxy.
A brand new (mod. 2023) Yanmar 4JH110 common rail engine pushes the sailboat at about nine knots at 2400 rpm with truly little noise or vibration. Under power, she maneuvers like a yacht. The large three - bladed folding prop and the powerful bow thruster make backing out of the slip a highly controlled affair.
The extensive open cockpit area provides ample space and excellent comfort. The aft door opens easily serving as a large swimming platform and additional entertainment area. The 3 unfolding steps add even more entertainment space to the vast aft area.
The retractable hydraulic Besenzoni 500 gangway provides easy access on and off the yacht.
The electric mainsail winch, an extra fridge / freezer, a BBQ grill, and a sink on the cockpit offer the ultimate level of functionality and convenience. The forward deck sunbathing area is massive as well and equipped with comfortable mattresses.
The interior uses teak wood, stainless handholds, and intimate LED lighting. There are 3 separate A/C (+ heating) units, one for the saloon, one for the forward and one for the aft cabins, supported by a powerful generator.
The saloon (which converts into a double bed if needed) is light and airy. The U-shaped dinette will seat up to 10 guests when using the two additional chairs. The port settee has a small table with a hidden bottle and glass storage. There is also a radio/MP3 and a hidden flat TV that reveals electrically.
The galley is very well-appointed, fully equipped (side opening fridge with freezer, gas stove with oven, microwave oven, espresso coffee machine, double sink, 12 sets of dishes, glasses, cutlery etc.), with plenty of storage space.
There are five (4+1) cabins, two sets of ample double cabins at each end (forward and aft) and a crew cabin with two single bunk berths. There are also five (4+1) electric toilets with showers.
This is a magnificent, robust large cruiser. She is an ideal sailing yacht for families, friends or couples searching for finesse, luxury, comfort, and safety. The yacht combines high-end technology, outstanding sailing performance and supreme convenience. It is authorized to accommodate up to 12 passengers (including crew).

OBLIGATORY EXTRAS (payable cash at check out)
- Fuel cost: The average consumption of the engine is 9 liters per working hour
- Mooring fees (Other ports, except for Heraklion Port): Prices vary depending on the Port
- Skipper's food provisions: It is at the guests' discretion whether or not they wish the skipper to join them for meals (ashore or onboard). If not, either the provisions for the skipper must be provided onboard by the guests or an amount of 30 € / day will be charged.

ADDITIONAL INFO
- Maximum capacity for Overnight cruises: 11 passengers (crew included).

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
You may cancel your trip anytime, for any reason. Notice of a request for a cancellation, must be sent in writing (via e-mail). Our refund policy on cancellations is as follows:
- More than 75 days before check-in: No charge.
- Between 75 and 45 days before check-in: 30% of the deposit will be refunded.
- Less than 45 days before check-in: 0% of the deposit will be refunded.
However, If the boat is re-booked for the same dates the client will be refunded. Only the dossier expenses (380 euros for Multi Day Charters) will be charged.
