Boat Rules
We follow Federal and State laws. Additionally, we do not allow smoking or glass bottles on the vessel, and have the right to terminate a charter without refund if passengers are belligerent, destructive, or engaging in any other acts the Captain deems inappropriate or unsafe.
Cancelation
Cancelation policy - Standard
Full refund if renter cancels 6 days or more before the trip start date.
No refund if renter cancels 5 days or less before the trip start date.
