Our experience was amazing!! Our captain Andre was very accommodating and provided us best customer service! The boat is actually better in person versus the photos! It was very clean and comfortable. We had a great time seeing the city of Fort Lauderdale and the big houses along the canal and beautiful time for Christmas with the Christmas lights everywhere. Nice boat. Nice tour. The captain (Simon) was informative, friendly, and flexible. Good experience.
There were thunderstorms during our time for our boat ride. It was blatantly lightening-the sky was lighting up and there were bolts!
The captain also agreed we should cancel. It was too dangerous to be on the water. When I called the office, the woman said we needed to be at the dock with the captain. We were! We waited 20 minutes as the website instructed to see if the weather would pass but it did not. The captain, Andre, also let the office know that we could not go out due to weather and sent a video. I expect a refund and have disputed the charge with my credit card company.
It is irresponsible and a complete liability to you if you expect customers to go out on the water during a lightening storm!
