Charter this amazing catamaran in Fort Laudredale, Florida

US Coast Guard Licensed and insured vessel for up to 49 guests. This popular sailing vessel is 50 feet in length, nearly 30 feet wide and one of the newest catamarans in South Florida. Catamarans by nature feature a stable ride due to the wide nature of these vessels' design. An added feature of this design is the open salon and spaciousness resulting in the ability for larger groups to comfortably enjoy the cruise without feeling cramped.
Guests aboard this catamaran will enjoy lounging upon the nets suspended along the front of the vessel, a covered seating area, service bar, stairway to the sea and is the only sail catamaran in Florida with a water slide available.
Separate men’s and women’s restrooms are on board as well as a Bluetooth sound system to play your favorite music.

•I will include (YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY EXTRA) an open bar of Coke, Sprite, Diet Coke, bottled water, domestic beer, California red & white wines to include Pinot, Chardonnay, Merlot, and Cabernet. WE DO NOT ALLOW OUTSIDE ALCOHOL. However, you are more than welcome to bring food(Finger Food at No Extra Cost) or order catering through us. If we find outside alcohol or drugs we will terminate the charter and no refunds will be given.

IMPORTANT - For children under 30lbs the parents need to provide infant life vests. (We do not recommend infants under 12 months) For safety reasons, children ages 12 and under must wear a life jacket during the sailing portion of the trip while on the upper decks of the vessel.

Should the vessel be left in a disorderly condition after a service, client will be billed for additional cleanup services and/or damages.

Note - Towels are not included.

Cancelation Policy: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve this date. Balance must be paid in full prior to departure. Cancellations made within 7 days prior to departure will result in the full balance due. There will be a 25% rescheduling fee assessed to change departure time or date, within 7 days of departure. Changes made to this contract must be approved by the boat owner. Any changes made within 3 days of the charter including start time, vessel, and activities, may incur additional fees at the discretion of the boat owner. Should the boat owner cancel due to unsafe conditions, mechanical failures or any other calamity to a vessel, all monies excluding food and setup will be refunded if the party is unable to reschedule. Should the vessel be left in a disorderly condition after service, the client will be billed for additional cleanup services and/or damages? USCG regulations now state this is a non-smoking and drug-free vessel. Any client’s behavior or activities considered to be illegal or perilous will result in immediate termination of the charter without a refund. The boat owner is not responsible for any inconvenience or expense caused by late arrival, departure, or change of schedule by the client. The boat owner is not responsible for loss or inconvenience due to theft, traffic, weather, labor disputes, government restraints, or any causes beyond the control of the boat owner. All guests will drink responsibly and may be suspended from alcoholic beverages if the captain or crew deem necessary.
Weather Policy: Each vessel is U.S. Coast Guard inspected and provides a safe and stable ride with a U.S. Coast Guard licensed captain and crew onboard. With shade canopies and side cur ta ins, or enclosed lounging areas you’re assured of comfort–rain or shine. Due to the rapid changes in weather here in Florida, forecasts are not always reliable, we very seldom have rain that will last all day, therefore cruise cancellations are not based solely on weather forecasts. The captain will usually not cancel a cruise until very close to the time of the cruise or may choose to delay departure. Thunderstorms, heavy or steady rain, extreme cold, and/or steady winds in excess of 25 mph may cause a cruise to be canceled. Please feel free to call us if you have any concerns. We will contact you if the cruise is canceled. If the Captain cancels the cruise you will receive a refund or an opportunity to reschedule or receive a gift certificate (public cruises).
