Cancellation policy:
14 days prior to the date of the trip there will be no penalty and you will receive a full refund.
13 days or less to date of trip: There will be a fee of 50% of your booking.
No-shows and late arrival for the time the adventure is scheduled to begin will be charged the full price.
Same-day cancellations are considered a no-show and are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to cancel a public sail if a minimum number of reservations are not received. Customers will be given a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
