- • Cancellations must be done 72 hours in advance for a full refund.
- Weather & Sea Conditions
- • Safety is our top priority. If weather or sea conditions are unsafe for navigation, the captain may cancel or reschedule the trip.
- • In the event of a weather-related cancellation by the captain, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.
- • Light rain or cloudy conditions are common in Puerto Rico and do not qualify for cancellation if conditions are safe to sail.
