- CAN I TAKE PONTOON BOAT OUT TO THE open water in Gulf of Mexico?
- Yes, but stay close to the shore, you can park at any beach you like
- CAN I BRING FOOD AND DRINKS ON BOARD?
- Yes, you can bring as much food and drinks as you wish. We provide a free cooler to store your beverages and snacks (please bring your own ice). If you bring alcoholic drinks, you must use plastic cups and the designated driver is prohibited from drinking. Drunk behavior will not be tolerated and no
- drugs of any kind are allowed on board!
- Keep in mind: Alcohol is even more hazardous on the water than on land. The marine environment motion, vibration, engine noise, sun, wind and spray accelerates a drinker's impairment.
- CAN I SMOKE ON BOARD?
- NO. No open fire is allowed on board. No cigarettes, hookah, grills etc. Electronic cigarettes are fine. You can smoke at any beach or Sandbar or on the islands. We will impose $250 fine for violating this rule.
- To drive a boat yourself you need to be at least 25 years old, have a valid Driver's License and sufficient boating experience. If born ON or AFTER January 1st, 1988 you must also have a valid Florida Boaters Safety ID Card. You may obtain a FREE temporary card online at http://www.boatus.org/florida/
