Policies
To ensure the safety, enjoyment, and well-being of everyone aboard, we kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following rules while on the vessel:
Respect the Crew & Fellow Guests
Harassment, aggressive behavior, or inappropriate conduct toward crew or other passengers will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
No Smoking Onboard
Smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes and vapes) is strictly prohibited inside the vessel and on deck.
No Drugs or Illegal Substances
The possession or use of illegal drugs or controlled substances is strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate termination of the charter with no refund.
Alcohol Consumption
Responsible alcohol consumption is allowed. Excessive intoxication or unsafe behavior may result in early termination of the charter.
Preserve the Vessel
Please treat the yacht with care. Any damage caused by negligence or reckless behavior will be the financial responsibility of the guest.
Shoes Off Policy
To preserve the interior, we kindly ask guests to remove shoes when entering the cabin.
Children & Pets
Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times. No pets are allowed unless previously approved.
Safety First
Life jackets and safety instructions will be provided. Guests must follow the captain’s guidance at all times, especially during docking or rough conditions.
Quiet Hours
Out of respect for other guests and marinas, please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM while docked.
Wellness Add-Ons
Wellness services like Reiki or breathwork must be scheduled in advance and are available at an additional cost.
