Description

This beautiful new boat has many incredible features that make for the perfect charter experience. With her high-end design, both inside and out, you'll feel like you're in a luxurious Caribbean villa.

With the newest and most innovative approach by the CATANA Group, you'll immediately notice the thin, straight bows and her elegant lines. The BALI 4.8 is the first model of the new generation of BALI Catamarans and, of course, has the safety and performance you would expect from a CATANA design.

You'll immediately notice the unique features of this catamaran with the forward cockpit lounge and sunbathing area, the new platform linking the two sugar scoops with large bench seat and lockers, and a massive flybridge.

Some of the best features include an ample indoor/outdoor living space, a flip up "garage door" and sliding windows to enhance your connection to the beauty around you. You can access the forward cockpit through a convenient walk-through door from the salon to the bow with ease and is excellent for utilizing the full-sized table and seating area and sunning beds on the bow.

The large galley is complimented by a full-sized, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with a built in water dispenser and ice-maker. The salon dining table seats 12 comfortably and is perfect for meals, games, and bringing everyone together.

A 6 cabin/6 head version is unheard of on a 48-footer, but is surprisingly spacious and a great option for families traveling together or a group of friends who want the added space and comfort they desire.

Location & Destination Guide

Looking for a yacht charter in the USVI? Dream sailing destinations don’t come much dreamier than the US Virgin Islands. A Caribbean hang out with an American vibe, sailing in the US Virgin Islands, or USVI, is even easier with a Sailo yacht charter.

The US Virgin Islands archipelago consists of three main islands, St John, St Croix and St Thomas.

FAQs

What type of yacht should I charter?
No matter what type of yacht you choose to charter, we know that you will have a fantastic time on the water. If you are more about the journey, and want a relaxing time aboard, then choose from one of the many sailboats on the platform. If you are more about the destination, and going fast, check out the powerboats on Sailo. For an exclusive experience, Sailo recommends chartering a luxurious yacht for the day. Finally, Sailo has access to many event boats as well for group outings from 50 - 1,000 guests. If you are still unsure, then just ask! Read more
What should I bring?
Bring yourself, and some comfortable clothes suitable to the season you are going to be out on the water. Please keep in mind that it is often 10 degrees cooler out on the water, so a jacket or windbreaker is never a bad idea. We also recommend bringing a hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses, as well as a swimsuit if appropriate for your charter location. Please coordinate with your captain regarding any food or drinks that you wish to bring aboard. For term-charters, Sailo recommends using soft-sided luggage, and keeping it simple. Read more
How long does a rental last?
The basic daily rental is structured as either a quarter-, half-, or full-day. A quarter-day is two hours, a half-day is four hours, and a full-day is eight hours. You can also discuss a custom trip with the boat by contacting the owner through Sailo. Most term charters (weekly rentals) are from Saturday to Saturday. Keep in mind that the boat generally needs to be back at the dock by Friday evening, and you will need to be off the boat on Saturday morning so they can prepare the boat for the next guests.
