Description

S/Y Elyita is a perfectly maintained monohull sloop yacht build by Jeanneau in France and had a complete refit in 2016. The great advantage of the yacht is its seaworthiness thanks to the high standard, built materials used at its construction, such as Kevlar. It is equipped with roller furling mainsail and genoa as well as a spinnaker. Elyita can accommodate 8 guests in 4 cabins (3 double and 1 twin) all with en-suite facilities and 2 more in the saloon which can be easily converted in a king size bed. The captain has it’s own separate quarter.

The combination of a reliable and fully equipped boat which is in excellent condition, the knowledge and the experience of the skipper and the many water activities, guarantee a safe journey that will make each moment unforgettable.

Location and Destination Guide

Usually this boat operates around Alimos, GR.

One of the great cities of the ancient world, Athens is a fascinating mixture of old and new begging for exploration. Although, and let’s be honest here, she isn’t the best looking city in Europe, you’ll find lots to do and plenty of fascinating historical sights. The must visit wonder of the Acropolis is the crown jewels of Athens, with many ancient monuments to explore. But if you want to get out of town there are a lot of day trip opportunities from Athens.

The waterfront of Athens is lined with several marinas, reflecting the cities maritime history. Today, you’re less likely to find marauding conquerors and traders, and more likely to find ferries, pleasure cruisers and yacht rentals for every type of visitor.

Sailo offers a great selection of boat rentals for day trips from Athens. Or if you prefer something for longer, you could also rent a yacht to explore the beautiful coastline. No matter how long you have, there are many options to go sailing.

FAQs

What type of yacht should I charter?

No matter what type of yacht you choose to charter, we know that you will have a fantastic time on the water. If you are more about the journey, and want a relaxing time aboard, then choose from one of the many sailboats on the platform. If you are more about the destination, and going fast, check out the powerboats on Sailo. For an exclusive experience, Sailo recommends chartering a luxurious yacht for the day. Finally, Sailo has access to many event boats as well for group outings from 50 - 1,000 guests. If you are still unsure, then just ask! more...

What should I bring?

Bring yourself, and some comfortable clothes suitable to the season you are going to be out on the water. Please keep in mind that it is often 10 degrees cooler out on the water, so a jacket or windbreaker is never a bad idea. We also recommend bringing a hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses, as well as a swimsuit if appropriate for your charter location. Please coordinate with your captain regarding any food or drinks that you wish to bring aboard. For term-charters, Sailo recommends using soft-sided luggage, and keeping it simple. more...

How long does a rental last?

The basic daily rental is structured as either a quarter-, half-, or full-day. A quarter-day is two hours, a half-day is four hours, and a full-day is eight hours. You can also discuss a custom trip with the boat by contacting the owner through Sailo. Most term charters (weekly rentals) are from Saturday to Saturday. Keep in mind that the boat generally needs to be back at the dock by Friday evening, and you will need to be off the boat on Saturday morning so they can prepare the boat for the next guests. more...
