In the event the Charterer cancels this agreement by notice in writing received by the Operator more than ninety days prior to the Delivery Date, the Deposit will be refunded in full less the Service Fee of $450.If written cancellation is received eightynine to sixty days prior to the Delivery Date, the full deposit will be retained by the Operator. If written cancellation is received less than sixty days prior to the Delivery Date, all Charter Fees remain due and payable and will not be waived or refunded UNLESS the Operator is able to obtain an alternative booking for the same Charter Period.

Had a fantastic time, support was very good. Had a few things go wrong with the boat, but were able to rectify over the radio or phone. Office was excellent with marina berth bookings for Hamilton Island. Office support from Airlie Beach was very good.
Had a wonderful experience onboard Dimanche for our honeymoon! Dave and the team at QYC were wonderful to deal with and made the experience far easier than anticipated.
Will certainly have to book again!
