We had an amazing time on our boat trip in Miami! Juan was an outstanding captain—friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the area. He made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish, sharing interesting information along the way and making sure everyone was comfortable.
Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he went out of his way to make the trip memorable. We felt safe, relaxed, and well looked after throughout. I would highly recommend this company, and if you get Juan as your captain, you’re in for a fantastic experience. Thanks again for a brilliant day on the water!
We booked the Four Wins boat for 2 hours. While we were at sea, we were lucky that it was still available and we were offered to extend our rental of 1 hour. We did, and we were very lucky got to watch a group of 4-6 dolphins slowly swimming next to the boat for a few minutes! It also gave us time to get extra pictures with the Aston Martin tower in the background.
Juan was our captain, he was kind, responded to our requests, and he provided great service!
We had a blast! The boat is gorgeous and Juan was super sweet and an excellent captain. My mom had the best birthday celebrating— thank you for surprising us with a complimentary bottle of champagne! Xo
