Cancellation Policy:
a. If Charterer cancels more than 60 days before original charter start, Charterer will lose its 30% deposit. If Charterer has already paid for add-on options, we will reimburse Charterer for these expenses.
b. If Charterer cancels 59 days or less before the original charter start, Charterer will lose the entire charter fee paid to date. If Charterer has already paid for add-on options, we will reimburse Charterer for these expenses, unless cancellation occurs within seven days of departure. If within seven days, payment for add-on options will not be refunded.

We were never given a "this is your boat" picture so it's hard to know what our boat was really supposed to look like. However, the boat was in great shape and generally matched up with the description we were given. Only complaint is that we were planning to sail from USVI to BVI. We were not told that this was forbidden until we were about to board the boat. I'm still not sure who's policy/rule this was but it definitely should have been shared with us prior to arriving in the islands.
