Children must be supervised at all times
Children aged 9 and below must wear a life vest while aboard the yacht
Smoking is only permitted on the swim platform
Anyone below the age of 33 must have an existing boater license to drive the jet skis
$150 early dropoff fee (Mid-Charter trips to dock)

There is a strict 13 person rule including children as per coast guard regulations
