The yacht features two state-of-the-art cruising yacht that is built for comfort. The vessel has an overall capacity of up to 149 passengers. It has two levels. The first level features a fully enclosed, spacious cabin. Each cabin features large, restaurant-style booths and cushioned seating. In addition, each cabin is climate controlled to accommodate temperature needs at any time of the year. It is also equipped with a foodservice and bar area. The buffet area is located on the first floor inside the cabin at the rear of the vessel. The bar area is located on the first floor outside at the Stern (back). Having the food and bar separate helps to keep guests comfortable while in either area.

The first level also offers seating areas in the front and down each side. The second level has a hard-top roof with full-length side enclosures. It also features a large dance floor with additional seating surrounding the dance area. The entire second level is complete with disco lighting to enhance the atmosphere for your party or event.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS ON CANCELLATION.
You may nominate a full refund of the deposit or transfer your deposit to an alternative date if we have canceled your trip. We will not be held liable for any indirect costs incurred by booking a fishing charter with us. If the trip is canceled at any time by us, we will not be held liable for any travel costs, meals, accommodation, or any other costs the customer may have incurred.

– Weather:
All charters are subject to suitable weather conditions (the decisions made at Captian's discretion), and we reserve the right to cancel any trip due to bad weather (even at short notice). We require the customer to check their email/voice messages for confirmation, which will be made by our office before the trip. If you miss our call, we will do our best to leave you a voice message, send you a text message or email. Your responsibility is to follow up with our office before your trip to ensure the trip is on schedule. In an instance where the weather may turn unexpectedly, it is at the Captian's discretion whether any full or partial refund is given as a credit for a future Trip.

– Alcohol / Drugs:
NO DRUGS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED ON THE VESSEL. Alcohol is allowed onboard the vessel; however, responsible consumption of alcohol is to be adhered to. The Captain reserves the right to: refuse alcohol onboard if he deems it to be unsafe, refuse a passenger on board the vessel if they are under the influence of alcohol, and can cancel the trip with no refund.
