Cancellation Policy:

Your right to a refund is limited. Written notice of cancellation is required, no exception, and if written notice of cancellation is received more than ninety (90) days prior to the commencement date of your charter there is a $700.00 cancellation fee, plus 3.5% credit card refund fee. This means the charter fee paid will be refunded, less the fees. If written notice of cancellation is received ninety (90) days or less than the commencement date of your charter, all charter fees paid will be forfeited.
