The Renter will thoroughly inspect the boat, its machinery, and accessories, and, if satisfactory, will accept them ‘as is’. Upon departure, the Renter accepts the condition of the boat and related expenses. The Renter shall redeliver the vessel in the same condition as when booked, excepting ordinary wear and tear.
