What happens in case of late redelivery by the Renter?

If the Renter delivers the boat after the expiration of the charter period, for any reason other than force majeure or breakdown of the boat, then the Renter will pay the Boat Owner at the daily charter rate, along with any additional expenses incurred by the Boat Owner in effecting re-delivery and any damages incurred by the Boat Owner suffered as the result of deprivation of use of the boat, including, but not limited to, the loss of any subsequent charter of the boat.
