At the start of each rental, the Owner is responsible for keeping the boat fuel tank full or at the maximum capacity allowed by the boat’s marina or the maximum capacity recommended by the manufacturer.

Unless otherwise specified by the Owner in the Boat Features section, Renters must return the Boat with the same amount of fuel in the tank as there was at the start of the rental. Moreover, the Renter is responsible to refuel the boat and return it with a full fuel tank while handling all and any refueling charges. If the fuel is not filled back to the level present at the beginning of the rental, the Renter will be subject to the Refueling Fee amounting in $35 as stated in Sailo's Fee and Commission Policy and Procedures. Any additional charges will be charged via Security Deposit. If there is a dispute by either the Owner or the Renter, either of the two parties should contact Sailo at support@sailo.com and submit a dispute claim.
