How long does it take to process a claim?


All damages must be reported to Sailo Support within 18 hours of the rental conclusion. Once all required documents have been received, including, but not limited to Check-In/Check-Out Survey, the damage claim will be processed within 24 hours of the reported incident. Depending on the nature and severity of the issue, insurance arbitration and payout times will vary.
