To reset or update your login details, click on your name at the top right corner of any Sailo web page and select “Settings.” Then click on “Password” on the left-hand side of the page. You can update your password by entering your old password, followed by your new password. Confirm your new password and then click on “Update Password” to save the changes.
BackNotifications are system alerts that provide you with status updates whenever you either receive a new message or a booking request. Notifications are shown as a green number on the tabs pertinent to the notification category. You may see notifications in “Dashboard”, “Mailbox” and/or “My Trips” sections.
