I am currently the captain on Stars and Stripes USA-11, sailing out of Kona Kai Marina in San Diego, California. USA-11 is a 78' IACC class, carbon fiber race boat and I am responsible for approximately 4,000 passengers per year. I sail approximately 300 days per year, and deliver yachts, when not driving USA-11. I hold a current 100 gross ton master mariners certificate, both sail and power, with towing privileges, all of my certifications are up to date, and I am in a random drug testing program. I have extensive power yacht experience also, with numerous references for deliveries of yachts up to 80', as well as extensive sport fishing experience, and a certified SCUBA diver. I know the West coast from Vancouver to Puerto Vallarta, with thousands of hours of offshore experience. For large yacht deliveries, I can supply my own crew that I work with regularly, including a mechanic, if requested.
