Thank you for a great 2015 boating season. We'll be back in May 2016!
Discover and enjoy boating in DC aboard Eureka! - a 2003 Sea Ray 245 Weekender power boat.
She features capacity for 7 people with plenty of power from a V8, 260hp engine. There is a cozy cabin with a portable head in an enclosed compartment, a sink with fresh water and a transom wash-down/open air shower. Currently, there is no generator nor a fridge. But you can bring a cooler with ice that fits right behind the captain's seat.
Enjoy sightseeing, cruising, water sports and relaxing around the magnificent waters in the DC area. Some of the sights include National Harbor in Maryland, Old Town Harbor in Alexandria, National Reagan Airport, Kennedy Center and Key Bridge. Docking at Georgetown Waterfront for an evening is a unique experience.
Fuel usage is about 12 gph on plane @3800 rpms at speed of 25 kph and 1gph at no wake speed.
I can also teach you power boat operation which includes safety and basic maneuvering, docking, planning and towing an inflatable or water skis.
Usually this boat operates around San Diego, CA.
