Cancellation Policy:
We offer a 72 hour refund policy. What this means is that you can cancel or reschedule your charter up to 72 hours before the departure time with no penalty or fee.
If you cancel or reschedule your charter within 72 hours of the departure time, you forfeit your deposit. The only exception to this rule will be in the case of bad weather, as determined by the Captain of the vessel, or mechanical failure. Bad weather or mechanical failure scenarios will be given a full refund or the chance to reschedule.
