The Catalina 42 was the shipyards flagship yacht and one of the most sought after American built sailboats on the market. This model has the performance package with a tall mast and deep keel, enabling her to perform well in all conditions while remaining very stable. The cockpit has enough room for 10 guest while we only take 6 passengers on charters. That means you'll have plenty of room to stretch out and move around. Her cockpit can also be fully covered in case you need some shade. State of the art electronics and sound system keep you jamming for the duration of your sail. She is always manned by her experienced captain and a professional hostess. Come on out and enjoy NY harbor in true sailing style!!

The boat and the crew, Captain Nate and his first mate, were friendly, capable and very adept at navigating the NYC Harbor. My wife and I felt very comfortable and highly recommend this trip and will likely do it again with some friends next summer. Be sure to bring refreshments because none are provided.
We booked Captain Nate and First Mate Emma for my wife's birthday. We had a family group and some first time sailors. We could not have made a better choice! The boat was amazing, the crew was fantastic and we felt like we were receiving 5-star service. The entire evening was incredible and it would not have been possible without the hospitality we received. Definitely booking Captain Nate and crew for future sailing endeavors!! Thank you guys!
