The process of booking the boat was extremely efficient and easy. Every single detail was thorough and honest. The experience in itself was amazing, the boat is incredible. Captain Kevin and Mate Alejandro were great and provided top quality service.

Alejandra was very responsive since 1st contact and provided all details for the trip along the way. Captain Miguel and Diego provided an A+ class service in the boat and were very friendly and attentive to details and safety. We rented 2 jet skis and had an amazing time! We’ll be back with them soon!

Celebrated my husbands 30th birthday and it was the best decision ever! The boat was the perfect size for our party of 9. The crew is absolutely amazing, we had captain Mike and Mate Luis. They made the experience extremely enjoyable and inflated some awesome toys for us. They brought us to 2 awesome spots for us to chill at, play music and have a sick party. Highly highly recommend if you want a good time.

My trip was a complete success. I couldn't have asked for a better crew. I would recommend this boat to anyone that wants to get away and have fun. I will definitely be doing this again and I am absolutely asking for mike to be my captain and Luis to be the first mate.

This rental experience was great from beginning to end. I had my questions answered before booking. In the moments leading up to the date of reservation, I was able to contact the host with any preparation inquiries that usually come up last minute.

Our captain David was AMAZING!!! He was super nice and helped us out during the voyage. Overall, it was a great experience and I will look to this option again in the future.

I tried to make the best of it, but the trip was a disaster before we left the dock. The day before my trip, I asked Alejandra’s assistant was there anything I need to know or do before we departed the next day. She informed there was nothing further to do but show up and pay the captain for his time and the gas fee. However, it was a different story when I arrived. I was supposed to receive a “Docusign” waiver via email prior to arriving to the dock, unfortunately they didn’t send the waiver to my email until 30mins after we were supposed to leave. I order a jet ski as well but it wasn’t there when I arrived, the boat owner nor the captain seemed to have any prior knowledge of me requesting a jet ski at all. I wasn’t informed that I needed to bring my drivers license, debit card, and a boating license to rent a jet ski. Luckily for me I was smart enough to bring my wallet! I didn’t have a boating license prior, so it took about another 20 mins to “apply” for a boating license online. All while on the open water with little to no cell reception, & waiting to ride the jet ski. The captain was some 21 year old stoner who was high on pot when we arrived. The captain was taking shots of tequila w/ my guest and smoking a marijuana cigar while the boat owner was below deck. It was my 1st time aboard a boat, Alejandra never discussed any rules, safety concerns, or simply how to operate the restroom. The ship was poorly maintained, there are nails sticking out of the carpet right before the stairs, the door handle to one of the bedrooms fell off the door when I turned it. Alejandra never discussed how to operate the restroom or that she had a plug in the toilet, this caused an embarrassing moment when a guest used the restroom with the plug still in the toilet. The guest was forced to clean the toilet & remove the plug to properly drain the toilet. Alejandra checked the restroom after the guest and ensured me everything was ok. Alejandra was the last person in the restroom. All of the guest, including me, were off her boat for about 15-20mins. Right before I was about to leave she had the captain run to my car to show me a picture of the toilet seat being damaged. She claims a plastic screw in the toilet set was broken. However, it was noted by several guest that she was the last one in the restroom & these claimed of damage come after she said everything was ok in the restroom earlier. I am currently disputing the manages with sailo due to the fact she never walked thru the ship with me to access any prior damage. I never used the restroom myself. I let Alejandra borrow my iPhone charger it’s valued at about $100, I never seen it after loaning it to her, she claims she lost it. I brought cups, plates, napkins & other party favors aboard, Alejandra stored my excess party favors in her cabinets without my permission.

The most fun day we had on our bachelorette trip to Miami!! Highly recommend!! Staff is very attentive, sound system is amazing, floating mat provided for swimming and can add jet skis. SO FUN

We had an awful experience. This boat is improperly maintained. Beware of the nails sticking out of the carpet. We had a terrible injury on board as a result. I do not recommend.

I booked this for my birthday and it was an absolute success. The crew was very friendly and respectful. I recommend everyone book them. Everyone is so laid back and friendly. I really enjoyed my time on this trip and will be booking again in the near future. They received all stars from me !

Had a great trip! Boat was a good amount of space for our group of 7. Came with a cooler and our captain was great and even brought us ice! Communication was really easy.

We thoroughly enjoyed the trip.

The dock location changed from the agreed upon location to a place 5 miles up river, adding over an hour of time to get to
out to the ocean, meaning we had 1 less hour to hang out in the water. The owner lied to us about the location change and the coast guard mandate, plenty of docks in the area were open rent, including the dock at my building in Brickell.
The boat changed, which we didn't find out until we showed up to the dock. The boat was a smaller boat, so the 8 of us didn't have room to spread out. Also, the boat wasn't cleaned after the last use, so the storage compartments were full of old food, drinks, and alcohol, so we had to keep our bags in the walkway of the boats and on the seats, making the smaller boat even smaller. The captain didn't ask us if we were comfortable with him not wearing a mask and tried to get me to sign a contract without letting me read the contract. We told the captain we wanted to go to monument key, he lied and said the police had it blocked off. Instead, he took us to a crowded place where a festival was going on and he anchored where his friends were anchored on another boat then took a jet ski over to his friends boat. When he came back he started smoking onboard. When we got back to the dock (after a 50 minute trip up river), it was low tide, so there was a 6 foot jump from the boat to the dock. The captain didn't have a ladder for us to climb onto the dock. Instead he wanted us to illegally climb onto a stranger's boat and then make the 4 foot jump from that boat to the dock.

This was an extremely frustrating experience. It is clear the owner is fine with lying, changing agreed upon details last minute, and does not take safety as a primary concern. Additionally, the captain is unprofessional and also not concerned with safety.

I recommend going with any other owner if you care about getting what you agree upon and if you care about honesty and safety.

We had a fun experience on the boat. That captains were nice and gave us what we needed.

Luis the captain was great and very helpful after the mid communication from the booking. My booking said Captain was included but not fuel. We reserved the 26in chappral boat. We got the sea ray which ok. But I had to pay $200 more dollars and that was not ok. Even when I showed her the booking confirmation she just canceled the reservation. But I contacted sailo and got that corrected

Everything was perfect. All the things that are within the description of the boat are exactly it. The communication with Alejandra was excellent. The captain was very nice and helpful, as well as the crew. Overall it was great.

This experience was awesome. At first, I was slightly worried because we were at the dock around 11:40 for a 12:00 departure time and our boat and captain were not there. After about 15 minutes our boat arrived, but the captain said we wouldn’t be able to take our boat out that day, but that the owner of the boat was giving us a bigger boat at no extra charge to us. Our captain and first mate were great. I will definitely be renting a boat from Alejandra sometime in the near future. Thank you for everything.
