Michael was an excellent host! We had to reschedule because of weather and Michael was very accommodating.

The boat is incredible - plenty of sitting space, nice front area for sitting out in the sun, and large enough for the group with plenty of space.

Michael also had speakers set up for music, laid out plates and utensils, and was very generous with taking empty glasses etc.

Michael is great, very responsive and knows the hudson well. Took us up to the Intrepid, back down and around to the Brooklyn Bridge and finished at the Statue of Liberty before heading back. The catamaran is in great shape, really spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend and will be planning to do this again.

We had the best time ever sailing with Captain Mike on his Private Catamaran Charter on the Hudson River, New York Harbor and East River.

The day was absolutely perfect and the views of NYC and NJ were unbeatable.

Michael and the trip were wonderful!

The boat was great and Michael was very responsive in the booking process, however the experience was terrible and a waste of time and effort for us, and frankly ruined our day (we were celebrating a 30th birthday). We agreed to an 1130 am pick up and one of our friends arrive on time (we were 5 minutes late), and called Michael and he said he'd walk over, but he didn't show up until 11:44!! We then had to fill out paperwork (which would have been great to fill out while we were waiting for him...) so we did not get on the boat until 11:55. We returned just before 1:30, so we didn't even get our full time or even an apology which we would have been understanding of and accepted had they apologized at all. They boat ride itself was a disaster, it was extremely choppy so the combination of that and the speed of the boat made our food and some of our alcohol, which is totally fine and out of their control, but I am confused why we couldn't even stop for like 2 minutes to get a good group photo. We had to ask so many times before they hesitated to even take a photo for us, and it was a birthday celebration.... They didn't even point out any of the sights or anything, just speed through everything making the experience not super enjoyable. Worst of all, THEY DID NOT WEAR MASKS!!!! This was incredibly surprising and upsetting and I would not have booked this if I knew covid safety precautions would not be met. I have lupus and all 5 of us took covid tests before going on to ensure safety, only for our safety to be jeopardized by these two men who have a fully booked day, yet aren't protecting themselves and thus future riders from covid exposure. Not a single precaution (other than hand sanitizer) was taken, which made us feel really unsafe. We were really looking forward to this, but I really wish we just skipped it and did something else. This is a COVID outbreak waiting to happen.
