Bachelorette yacht party! Family celebration! Fun and Adventure Awaits ! 40' Cruisers Yacht.

My wife a I and our 18 month old had the most relaxing and fun 4 hours on this boat... captain and this girl... (remember her name.. sorry) were very very helpful and were very easy going

Would definitely do it again

I was very excited for this yacht trip and thought we got a good deal but then we got to the dock and were quoted an additional $100 fee which was never discussed in the beginning. I had asked multiple times on the total and he gave us the total + $100 captain fee. And then added an additional $100 fee. We planned a couple hours already and travelled thus far to opt out. The captain was not super friendly either. He was rolling his eyes when we wanted to to take pics and while taking pictures he was getting furious at us because it took more than 5 mins which is strange! The speaker wasn’t loud either. You could barely hear it. The bathroom wasn’t overly clean either. The girl on the boat however was attentive and helpful but can’t say the same for the captain which I believe was the owner as well

My family and I had a great time. The boat crew were very nice, helpful, and fun. They provided a speaker, a cooler, and even towels. The scenery was beautiful!! I definitely recommend booking with Ala!!

Absolutely amazing experience, captain and crew were the best! Took us to the best views of the city and great swimming spots. Time of our lives!

Service was not worth the amount of money we paid. Crew member was there to chaperone instead of assisting. Tip was asked to be paid before the service, and we returned to the dock 10 minutes before our actual time was up. A small circle around the marina then a quick swim was hardly worth paying 850 dollar.

Yuri, the captain, responded to my request quickly. He called to remind me of the documents I needed to sign prior to departure. The crew, Tati was very helpful. We rented the boat to honor our mother’s bday and Tati took videos and pictures. I loved every moment on the yacht. I recommend the Meridian to anyone.

We had such a great trip. D was amazing. Yuri was a safe driver and brought us to a great beach but was often rude. He did seem to come around throughout the trip. Yuri did deny us using CC for captain fee although it was in the contract and then added 3% on to our fee which wasn't in the fine print... All in all, a great trip and would recommend!

We had a wonderful afternoon with Captain Yuri and Stewardess D. The crew was so helpful and took us on a beautiful cruise before anchoring us so we could swim around for a bit. D made sure we had everything we needed - couldn’t ask for a better day!

I wish I could give 0 stars .The captain had a terrible attitude the entire trip . I probably won’t book again or recommend anyone to them.

Communication prior to booking, and before arrival was great. A few things, the boat did not have ice as described and we were told to get some prior, there are also no speakers on the boat, just a bluetooth speak so you can either hear it on the front or the back. Upon arrival as others had mention the Captin was very dismissive and unwelcoming. He would not interact or speak to others than myself. Before we took off he asked for the other payment via Zelle, however he kept harassing me because his zelle wasnt working. and I could not cancel the transaction. It says upon booking that they accept, zelle, credit or cash. I honestly should of paid cash. They should not accept zelle. His assistant was lovely and accommodating. I probably wouldnt rent again from him. And as others mentioned we docked 15mins before we were finished.

Had a great experience renting this boat with Olga and Yuri. There was great communication from before I reserved the boat through our time on the boat. There was a speaker, cooler, and small fridge on board. The boat size was also perfect for our group of 10. Can’t recommend this boat enough!

Having chartered in Miami multiple times, this was by far the worst experience. The Captain appeared dismissive from the moment we boarded and multiple guests felt his professionalism and customer service was severely lacking. When prompting on swimming locations and route, the Captain was very inflexible and refused nearby locations all other charters have taken us to in the past. Beyond this, we were refused use of the in-built yacht speakers and instead were given a hand-held device. Finally, we docked 10-15mins before the end of our booking but nonetheless received very apparent pressure to pack up and disembark. I have received various comments from my guests over the past week that the atmosphere was ruined by our Captain.

Yuri and Olga were great. They made everything go smoothly and we had a lot of fun celebrating a birthday! Highly recommend. Best bang for your buck!! Would book again

We had the BEST time on this beautiful yacht! Yuri and Olga were awesome and so accommodating! The boat was the perfect size for our bachelorette group and it was super clean. They supplied water, towels, a large raft for the water and a speaker for our music. Yuri took us on a route that allowed us to get the scenic views and also have the time to stop and enjoy the water. This was definitely the highlight of our trip! Highly recommend it for anyone in the area. Thank you to Yuri and Olga for an amazing time!!

This was the worst experience ever and I will never book with them again.
We were running late and kept the captain informed of us running 30 minutes late due to traffic on the highway. I’m am very dissatisfied and disappointed of how everything went specially the way we were treated by captain Yuri.
#1 captain Yuri made sure to get a $200 tip from me before getting comfortable in the boat. I thought tip was optional and we could’ve tip as much as we wanted not the caption telling me exactly how much to zelle him before we even put our stuff down in the boat.
#2 captain Yuri was very unprofessional, nasty, rude, and demanding. All he did was yell at us the whole trip and made all of us feel very uncomfortable.
#3 Customer service was a big disappointment and captain Yuri was not accommodating to us at all.
#4 captain Yuri turn off the radio on our way back before he even dock the boat for us to get out.
#5 Captain Yuri stick his middle finger to one of my colleague.
#6 As I was explaining to the assistant of how dissatisfied I was with captain Yuri services , he came downstairs and asked me if I had a problem with him. I tried to explain to him that his customer service wasn’t that great to us and I wasn’t happy at all then he proceeded to raise to his voice at me, he wouldn’t let me finish speak to him then told me to get the hell out of his boat.
I even explained to him I understand we were late that will get taken off of our 4 hours which we were ok with but he was still extremely nasty to us.
If you are booking this yacht whatever you do DO NOT book captain Yuri even if they recommend him in the documents you will be signing! Anything that you do will set him off! He has a very short temper and he’s extremely disrespectful and has no patience.

So much fun! Yuri and Olga were great, and so helpful.

We had a great trip with Yuri and Lana! We did a 4-hour charter for my bachelorette. Yuri setup a route that worked for us including a stop for mid-way through the trip in a calm area and they even had a raft we could use to float in the water. They had a cooler with ice waiting, a refrigerator full of water, and a speaker for us to use. We had plenty of space for 8 girls, even with all of us at the front of the boat. Lana was also helpful with taking photos of the group, even when we asked to stop before the end of the trip again. This was one of the highlights of our trip. Thank you so much for making it such a great experience!

My friends and I had a blast on Yuri's boat for a half day for my Bachelorette. He was very flexible with timing and even offered to start our trip earlier in order to make our dinner reservations. Yuri made sure to show us the best scenic route of Miami and docked us in a quiet spot to relax and dip in the water. Lana was very helpful and kind enough to take pictures of us. We had so many memories together and I would definitely go back next time I visit Miami. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a bachelorette adventure!

I had a very interesting birthday due to complications on my behalf and they tried to accommodate me the best way they could but the captain was very hostile and aggressive. He did not speak English but had someone there that did speak English which was the woman. The woman was very sweet and accommodating but the captain had a very bad attitude. Also the boat is not the safest. I’ve been on other boats that were more safe . If you weren’t careful enough you could slip off the front of the boat easily. There was also kinda a foul smell down where the restroom was. We made the best of what it was but I wouldn’t book again nor recommend to anyone at all.

This boat rental was the highlight of our trip! The boat itself was beautiful and well kept, and the captain and stuwardess were super friendly and accommodating. My friends and I are definitely looking forward to doing this again when we come back to Miami!

We had a great time celebrating my bachelorette. The boat it’s very spacious and clean. The captain and mate were very attentive. This was the best vacation I have ever had. The yacht was beautiful, the first mate waited on us hand and foot and the captain brought us through Miami and allowed us to experience Miami like never imagined. Everything was just as explained and the host were nice. The only issue that we had was that we rented the boat for a bachelorette party. We thought we were going to the sand bar to be closer to the action and party. The captain said we’re not able to due to the size of the boat. We anchored a little further away from the action and still enjoyed our company. We also wanted to talk to other tourist and people to get an idea of what to do in the area. When jet skis and boats came within 25 feet of the boat the captain and crew would freak out telling them to go away. It was quiet embarrassing to have 7 women aboard a boat there to have a good time have people being shoed away just for talking to us. It made us feel like we had chaperones. Other than that, everything was good. Crew was still great.

Planned the boat trip and boat was indeed as described. However, Yuri was not the friendliest captain! Alana was kind, but I most certainly would never use them again. Yuri also rushed us off of the boat 15 min early and escorted us to a gate with not one word said. He essentially put 8 woman on a sidewalk with no instructions. Look for another boat if your looking for friendliness and great customer service. Update: woke up to this text from captain- You forgot that the charter had felt 20 Minutes earlier but did not forget to mark the return 15 minutes earlier. I am amazed at the ingratitude of clients. Again unprofessionalism at the highest level!

What can I say!!!! ALLA was such a great host. It was just me and my friend and alla and aalona made sure we enjoyed ourselves! He took is back and forth and was so kind to us!! I recommend his boat!! Boat was very clean as well

Super, super, super AMAZING! Will definitely book with them again! Alla was absolutely outstanding and amazing! Yuri was very helpful in answering any questions that we had! Such an amazing team!! 10/10 definitely recommend!! We came super early on accident. We thought it was going to be a lot of traffic but it wasn’t at all and they were extremely accommodating! I honestly can not think of one negative thing. Such an amazing experience!

Overall the trip itself was ok. The boat was exactly as described and clean. The captain (Yuri) and Alla were cordial but also seemed to be annoyed by my group of friends. We were drinking and trying to have fun but everytime we looked up both of them would be giving us dirty looks. There was no smoking rules but the captain was smoking cigarettes during the trip.

Don’t know where to start, IT WAS FANTASTIC!! The boat was perfect for our bachelorette group. The captain was so well mannered and minded his business! What a great captain. And Alona, OMG!! We had a great time cruising for the day. Yuri was really nice and took us wherever we wanted. We had a bunch of teenage kids with us and they all had a great time. We would definitely do this again.

We celebrated by sister’s bachelorette and had an absolute blast!! They were such great hosts. The one small little thing was their speakers aren’t Bluetooth it’s with an auxiliary cord and it seemed to be an older cord which didn’t allow the music to play as loud or clear. But I would definitely book them again!!

This was a belated 21st birthday trip for my daughter and her friends. The boat was beautiful and Yuri and the crew were fabulous. She had a wonderful time -- highly recommend.

Besides the language barrier of the captain and him being a bit mean, everything was awesome. Our server was very nice and attentive. I would definitely book with them again.

Overall we had a really good trip with Yuri! I’m uncertain why everyone thinks he’s so mean and yells nonstop. Does he beep when smaller boats or jet skis are getting too close? Yes. But that’s for everyone’s safety. He’s an older gentleman who is traditional, that’s my take on him. The boat was beautiful and clean. Would rent with him again.

Booked this for my birthday had a great time, nice clean boat Yuri & Svetlana were accommodating, took us wherever we wanted but as a black woman/person I would not want rent from them again. It was a bit uncomfortable. Also we came back 15 mins early, which we were very unhappy about after leaving almost 45 mins fashionably later than scheduled.

The reason this wasn’t 5 stars is because the captain expressed his annoyance multiple times that we wanted to be dropped off at the marina we paid an additional $200 to be picked up/dropped off at. He said the ride would be BS and made the experience extremely uncomfortable.
On top of the rude behavior, we pulled into the marina 30 minutes early (of our 4 hour trip) and when we asked if we could hang on the boat and have a drink we were yelled at to get off of the boat.
We may have caught Yuri on a bad day but we were paying to hang out on a boat and have a nice day and instead he made it all about himself and the trip that he wanted to go on (which apparently he couldn’t do because our only request was to be dropped off at the marina we paid extra for).

Would highly recommend for a bachelorette party! Yuri was very responsive and the boat was fantastic.

The owner was a bit on the edge about most things. Overall our group had fun. The assistant was very nice, awesome to talk to, and helpful with anything you ask.

Yuri and Andre made our experience great. We had many questions before booking, which Yuri was great in answering promptly. The hospitality provided on board by Andre was great. He was more than willing to help us with whatever we needed. The boat is well maintained and perfect for our group of 9. We really enjoyed our time and experience.

We had a group of 11 girls for a bachelorette party, and this was the highlight of our weekend! Yuri was an incredible host for our half-day trip.

Pros:
The boat was mostly as described, and able to accommodate.

The first mate (helper) was amazing. He was friendly and very service oriented (got us waters, opened bottles, set out and set up snacks/food) and ultimately just fun.
Bottled water, a cooler, plastic ware, sodas, ice, and serving trays were provided.

The floats were great and there is a shower and towels to rinse off prior to getting back in the main boat area

Yuri (owner) realized that he charged me twice for a landing fee, and quickly fixed/refunded that.

Nice scenery, speed, and swim.

Cons:
Yuri (owner) was very aggressive and seemed angry as if he had a bad day prior. He yelled no one in particular for there not being internet connection to take my landing fee payment quick enough, at my cousin for getting a picture behind the wheel prior to us starting the exhibition, another cousin for asking if there was problem, his first mate for unknown reasons, a jet ski rental lady for renting us jet skis and screamed that her business was illegal, at random boat and jet skis he felt were in his way when trying to dock, and lastly he yelled at a 17 year old teenager with us, stating that she was the reason for some blue residue left on the bow cushion simply because her bikini bottoms were blue. We didn't witness any positive energy from him

The bottom/cabin area was sweltering and when we asked if there was A/C we were told "yes, but it's not on because the door is open". However, we asked if they could close the door and turn on the A/C and there was no action.

The speaker is aux connected and in the cabin area so either you have to have a ready playlist and no need for your phone, or stay down in the cabin to dj. There are also no speakers on the top, bow area so you can't hear the music there, so they provide a small bluetooth speaker for that area if requested. That music can't be heard in the seating/eating area.

We weren't advised until last minute that if we went to tour the sandbars and things listed, we would be dropped off far away from pick up and have to find a way back.

We had a group of 11 girls for a Bachelorette. Communication with Yuri (owner) was fast and easy, he even let us change the time of departure last minute, as one of the girls ended up flying in late. Vlad, the helper was super amazing and kind, he kept the boat nice and tidy and provided excellent customer service (took pictures, got us drinks). The boat rental was definitely the highlight of our trip! Highly recommended :)

AMAZING trip out on the boat with these guys! Friendly, accommodating- opened our beers, organized our food, played our music, blew up floats for us, took our pictures - no complaints! It was a perfect way to set sail in Miami for my sister’s bachelorette. Thank you so much for a perfect afternoon! We all had a great time. Highly recommend!

WOW! We had such an amazing trip with Andres and Yuri. We chartered the boat for 4 hours on Saturday May 11 as part of my bachelorette party weekend in Miami and everyone agreed it was the highlight of the trip. Yuri was a great captain and Andres was the host with the most! We brought food and drinks onto the boat but he presented our snacks on platters and always made sure everyone had what they needed drink wise. He also acted as tour guide and pointed out some amazing bay architecture and history. I cant thank them enough for their hospitality and making this the most memorable part of our trip! 11 out of 10 would definitely book them again!!!

We had and amazing time celebrating my husband’ birthday on Yuri’s luxury boat . The boat has everything you need and looks amazing even better than pictured on the website. We also brought our own groceries on board which were placed in a refrigerator and setup on the table when we were ready to eat. Vlad was very nice to make up our drinks and serve them to us. Yuri gave an awesome tour of all the beautiful islands along the way, let us blast our music and took us to a beautiful turquoise ocean water to swim with tubes provided .
I definitely recommend renting this boat and looking forward to coming back .
