Join us on this luxury yacht during the summer and fall months, when migration patterns bring whales to the New York coast. Our captain is skilled at finding the best whale and dolphin watching spots, so keep your cameras and binoculars at the ready.
We have a maximum capacity of 149 passengers on board with plenty of seating on both levels as well as inside the cabin. The interior cabin is centrally heated and air-cooled. There is a walk-out platform for viewing on the bow.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS ON CANCELLATION.
You may nominate a full refund of the deposit or transfer your deposit to an alternative date if we have canceled your trip. We will not be held liable for any indirect costs incurred by booking a fishing charter with us. If the trip is canceled at any time by us, we will not be held liable for any travel costs, meals, accommodation, or any other costs the customer may have incurred.

– Weather:
All charters are subject to suitable weather conditions (the decisions made at Captian's discretion), and we reserve the right to cancel any trip due to bad weather (even at short notice). We require the customer to check their email/voice messages for confirmation, which will be made by our office before the trip. If you miss our call, we will do our best to leave you a voice message, send you a text message or email. Your responsibility is to follow up with our office before your trip to ensure the trip is on schedule. In an instance where the weather may turn unexpectedly, it is at the Captian's discretion whether any full or partial refund is given as a credit for a future Trip.

– Alcohol / Drugs:
NO DRUGS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED ON THE VESSEL. Alcohol is allowed onboard the vessel; however, responsible consumption of alcohol is to be adhered to. The Captain reserves the right to: refuse alcohol onboard if he deems it to be unsafe, refuse a passenger on board the vessel if they are under the influence of alcohol, and can cancel the trip with no refund.
