DO NOT FALL INTO THIS TRAP THIS IS FRAUD
If I could I would give zero star. This owner we were waiting for the owner to change our reservation status from pending to confirmed and he/she decided to approve our reservation at 5 am on the day we rented the boat and when I messaged him/her to say it was too late and we wanted to plan ahead of time and we decided to book another reservation and rent another boat, the owner told us he accidentally confirmed the reservation and dont worry about it but suddenly at 9 am we received a messaged from the agency about they having our boat ready for our tour and when ai messaged the owner he said he/she can NOT cancel the reservation because he/she have to pay a penalty fee. I kept telling the agency about the situation and they kept telling me our boat is ready. Finally they said they are working on the situation and they never did they charged ua for the sevice we never received. Of course I’ll dispute the charge from my bank account but DO NOT FALL INTO THIS TRAP THIS IS FRAUD.
