Please take a note of sector-wide common practice: If you choose to supply your own food and beverage, your calculations should include your yacht crew as well. Your food, prepared by the cook will be shared with the crew, which usually consists of a captain, a cook and a sailor (in some cases a young intern as well) In smaller yachts, with less than 5 cabins, the crew will consist only a captain and a cook.
