We had amazing time

Fantastic Birthday experience!!! This boat exceeded our expectations in every way Stephano was quick to reply and very accommodating. The boat was spotless and very spacious for our group of 10. The stern was large with ample room for all to lay out . The Enormous fly bridge was perfect for cruising around . 3 bedrooms and 3 baths in pristine condition. Upon arriving Our captain Fernando and first mate helped us with icing down adult beverages and putting away the food that we brought on . The boat was stocked with bottled water and soft drinks . I highly recommend this boat . It was a fabulous day in Miami !

Me and my friends had an amazing time on Stefano's boat for my bachelorette party! Communication was smooth and I will definitely book again.

The one thing I wasn't aware of was the required $200 cash tip. Thankfully, the captain was able to accept quickpay, but please note that if you are booking.

BEWARE! DO NOT BOOK THIS BOAT!!

Prior to our trip, I called the boat owner (Stefano) to ask about what the boat had such as plates, cups, utensils, napkins, etc. to determine what we had to bring ourselves. During the call, Stefano assured that the boat had all the essentials and that all we had to bring was the food and drinks. Additionally, Stefano told me that we would be receiving a captain (Tony) and a steward that would serve us drinks and food. Stefano said that we just bring the food/drinks, and then we sit back and enjoy as the steward will be serving us.

It seems like the only one sitting back and enjoying was the "steward". First of all, the "steward" didn't serve us anything! All that he did was sit back, eat our food without permission, dance to our music, and clean up if something spilled. We were not served a single drink or piece of food as promised by Stefano.

Next, we asked the "steward" where we could get napkins, and he gave us 2 napkins for our party of 12. When we asked him for more, he said he could not find any. At that point, the captain (Tony) came to us and started yelling at us saying that he only had 2 napkins and it was not his job to provide that for us. We told Tony that Stefano told us that the boat would have napkins, and he said that it doesn't matter what Stefano says because "this is my boat." He was yelling loudly and was very degrading. It was clear that the boat owner and captain are not on the same page.

Bottom line, the owner told us one thing, however we did not receive what he said we would. Then, after the trip, I emailed, called, and texted Stefano to discuss our concerns, and he completely ignored me.

Think twice before you book this boat!

It was a great trip overall i have no complaints, everything was lovely and he most definitely will be the boat owner i contract every time i’m in miami.

DONT BOOK ‼️‼️ The owner never responded to me the day of trip he never answered the phone and he book another group same time my yacht ride. It was a mess save your money please don’t book!!!! Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!

Amazing trip with family and friends to celebrate my husband's birthday. Kids had a blast, adults loved it. Captain Tony was amazing! We brought our own food; the only thing missing was dish washing liquid to clean their glasses before use. I recommend warming your food bride arrival.

My friends and I had fun we enjoyed the boat and the captain was cool. Only thing is we didn’t get to stop and get off the boat and enjoy the water don’t know why. But other than that it was great.

We had a great experience on this boat trip , the captain was great, great hospitality & a great time. The boat was clean and was everything we hope for and more. We will be booking again on our next trip back to Miami

We had a great time on this boat! It was all we imagined and more! It was the perfect size for our party of 9. It was clean, the crew was fantastic and accommodating, and they were very personable! We departed late due to being in a line for gas, but the Captain made it up to us on the back end and because of it, we were able to experience a beautiful sunset on the water. I highly recommend Captain Stefano's boat for your sailing needs while in Miami!! You won't be disappointed.

DISHONEST AND UNRESPONSIVE BOAT OWNER!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

Stefano - the boat owner is responsive until you book and he has your money. After that, it is very difficult to get in touch with him. On the day of my 6-hour trip, he sent a message via Sailo to inform me that he "had an issue" with the boat and that my trip would be delayed 2 hrs from 2pm to 4pm. Even though he and the captain had my phone number, he did very little to contact me to let me know there was an issue. After speaking to the captain and first mate, it seems as though the morning trip went over and as a result, the owner decided to inconvenience me and push back my trip. You know something is off when the captain is giving you his card for future bookings when he hears your complaints about the owner.
He advertises kayaks and swimming platform - it is non-existent. He advertises luxury towels. We had hand towels and even this was limited. Apparently, all the towels were used up in the morning trip and never replenished. He advertised 20 speakers - they're there but they were not working. There was just a single large speaker.
I tried several times to contact Stefano during the day but he never answered my calls. He offered (via Sailo messaging) to reimburse me for an hour via Zelle of which I have not received yet.
All of this went down and he knew that I was unhappy and has made no effort to reach out to me to offer an apology or make amends. Stefano is a con man who is only interested in getting your money and not interested in customer service. To think that Sailo allows him to fool unassuming customers who are paying a very hefty price for trips is scary. I will not be using Sailo again. And if you want to get value for your money I suggest you use someone who has posted pictures of actual people in the advertised amenities and has a lot of reviews.
Don't get fooled by Stefano's 7 reviews (I just realized this but none of those reviews has pictures of a person) There are better, honest people out there who are interested in customer service and will give you value for your money. I feel robbed. Don't fall into this trap!

We had a wonderful time! Beautiful boat and a great day out on the water. Stefano and Tony are a good team and made sure we had a lot of fun. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a hassle free boat day with your group. :)

Stefano was great, very responsive and helpful. The boat was very nice, clean, good sound system. I’d highly recommend, the captain and staff are very friendly and will make sure you have a good time.

Boat was beautiful, in excellent condition. Owner was very responsive as we had questions. Captain and crew were professional and helpful. Our group had a great time and we would recommend both the boat and the crew. We are likely to rent again.
