What You Can Expect:
Customers need to arrive 15 minutes prior to their trip. Boarding takes 10 minutes on average. Your rental will start and end at the time agreed here so please arrive early. If your rental is from 12 pm to 4 pm and you arrive late, your time will start at 12 pm and will end at 4 pm. Please arrive on time to avoid this!
This boat has a sound system, Bluetooth, cooler, bimini top and floating mat.
Where do we go? Well, everything depends on the number of hours the trip consists of, We will always give our best recommendations but you still have the final word as long as it doesn’t jeopardize the safety of the passengers.
Popular destinations are Monument Island, Star Island, Miami Beach, Marine Stadium, Biscayne Bay, and Miami River.
REFUND/CANCELATION POLICY (We refund 100% of your money if):
- Trip is canceled more than 5 business days of the scheduled trip.
- Same day cancellation if 60% chance of rain or higher (Average during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location. BASED ON GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY.
- Same day cancellation if Winds 25 mph or higher on the day of the rental. (Average during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location. BASED ON GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY.
- In any other case or situation it will require both parties to agree on a fair term. (Average during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location. BASED ON GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY.
